🌟 Kidz Night Out Code of Conduct
Welcome to Kidz Night Out! To ensure everyone has a fun, safe, and memorable evening, all participants and parents must agree to this code of conduct.
🧒 For the Kidz: The Golden Rules
-
Be Kind & Respectful: Treat other kids and leaders with respect. Keep your hands and feet to yourself—no rough play, pushing, or fighting.
-
Listen to the Leaders: Follow directions from the staff the first time they are given.
-
Stay with the Group: Never leave an activity or room without asking a leader first. Always use the buddy system for restroom breaks.
-
Use Encouraging Words: Bullying, teasing, name-calling, or foul language is strictly prohibited.
-
Take Care of the Gear: Clean up after yourself during crafts or meals, and treat all games, toys, and equipment with care.
📝 For the Parents: Policies & Expectations
-
Behavior Policy: We utilize a Three-Strike System for behavior management:
-
First Offense: Verbal warning and a reminder of the rules.
-
Second Offense: A brief time-out/cool-down period away from the group.
-
Third Offense: A phone call to the parent or guardian for immediate pickup.
-
-
Zero Tolerance: Physical aggression, biting, bullying, or fleeing from staff will result in an immediate call for pickup, bypassing the strike system.
-
Check-In & Check-Out: Children will only be released to authorized adults listed on the registration form. A valid photo ID is required at pickup. Please arrive promptly at closing time.
